Underground Fitness offers strength and conditioning classes for every level. Our workouts use bodyweight movements as well as barbells, rowers, bikes, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, jump ropes, and more. Common activities include Olympic weightlifting, burpees, sit-ups, kettlebell swings, lunges, pull-ups, and many more. All movements can be modified to suit your abilities—and every day is different! Small class sizes ensure you get the direction and feedback you need.
