What types of classes are offered?

Classes at Underground Fitness consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels and each movement is scalable to your abilities. Small class sizes ensure you get the direction and feedback you need.

 

What equipment is used?

Our workouts use bodyweight movements as well as barbells, rowers, bikes, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, jump ropes, and more.

 

What are the movements?

Some common movements include Olympic weightlifting, burpees, sit-ups, kettlebell swings, lunges, pull-ups, and many more. All movements can be modified to suit your abilities—and every day is different!

 

Can I get a coach?

We offer one-on-one coaching and programming designed to fit your individual needs. Whether you want to be able to carry your own groceries or finally get your first pull-up, we can help you achieve your goals. 

 

What are your hours?

Classes are held on weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Call us for 

the current schedule. 24/7 key-code gym access is available upon request.
